Free For All links: Generally these are only used by spam artists, MLM crooks and sex sites. They will do absolutely nothing except fill your mail box with spam. Avoid these frauds at all costs.

Affiliate Programs: They promise to send you all sorts of money through referrals sales. Many are out and out frauds. You will never see a penny. But like banner exchanges, why are you encouraging people to leave your site to spend their money elsewhere? Unless the affiliate site has something very directly and positively related to your site, forget them.
